RETURN, CERTIFICATION AND PAYMENT POLICY
1.- General concepts
This policy is directed to those who participate at the activities (conferences, workshops, conventions, seminars, etc. Later referred as “events”) produced by Massoeventos for different institutions or organizations.
The registration to the events produced by Massoeventos can only guarantee the reservation of a spot until the payment is done under the chosen category.
At every event, Massoeventos reserve the right to accept or decline registrations. This will be communicated at the appropriate time by e-mail to whom may concern.
Every event will take place at the date and venue informed. Program, Speakers, date changes might be possible. This will be communicated at appropriate time by e-mail to the address given at the moment of register.
The registration payments could be done under the different ways or platforms that will be stablished and informed for every event, being mostly through WebPay, credit and debit cards, deposit in bank account, national and international wire transfers. Any other new payment form will be informed in the spread of every event and will be part of this document in terms and conditions.
In case of international wire transfer, the stablished commission for every bank at the origin country must be included in the total transferred amount.
Every payment that requires or consider sending a voucher or receipt, must be remitted to the following emails: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com making a clear reference to the event name and the participant name.
If the participant decides to quit the registration already paid under any motivation, they could claim the money back under the following terms:
Every reimbursement will have a charge of 10% of the total cost for subscription administration cost.
If the reimbursement request is made 30 days before the beginning of the event, 100% of the total cost will be given back minus 10% of retention.
If the reimbursement request is made between 11 and 29 days before the beginning of the event, 50% of the total cost will be given back minus 10% of retention.
If the reimbursement request is made between 0 and 10 days before the beginning of the event, there won’t be any.
Every reimbursement request could be managed only if it has included the bank data of the participant. It won’t be processed until Massoeventos get this data correctly.
For emergency chance events as natural disasters or social outbreaks or rare major force that affect to the realization of the event, there will be a 100% of the total cost reimbursement minus 2,5% for administration and logistics cost.
4.- Certification and attendance.
Every event will have particular certification requisite that might be conditioned to a minimum attendance percentage or evaluation results or/and answering a satisfaction survey of the event.
The attendance will be monitored on site through different mechanism, generally electronics, which will be informed properly and in advance.
Every requisite will be published and spread for every event in the platform or media that they use.
Only in exceptional cases and previously authorized by the institution or organization in charge of the event, there will be the possibility of sending out participation certificates before or meanwhile the official certification process is finished.
